About Us
REM Hennepin primarily serves individuals from Hennepin County who experience many forms of disability, but also serves people from all counties across the state if needed. REM Hennepin provides many types of residential services including Adult Foster Care group homes, ICFsMR, SILS, CADI and In-home. Services include community based homes in which the focus is community integration allowing for independence while providing the necessary supports based on the needs of the individuals we serve. ICFMR sites provide more focus on medical needs as well as active learning opportunities. Hourly services allow for even greater community independence within an apartment or even at a family home.
