Unique Program Offerings
REM Minnesota is privileged to serve individuals with a variety of needs with unique and creative program offerings.
Individuals benefiting from these services include:
REM Hennepin and REM River Bluffs-Rochester have successful histories of serving individuals with disabilities who were formerly incarcerated due to various crimes, including Level 2 and lessor Sex Offenses, in both ICF and 24/7 homes. Programming provides significant structure and accountability.

Individuals recovering from Chemical Dependency
Many individuals served by the programs within the state of MN are challenged by co-occurring disorders which often involve chemical dependency, however, two programs are specifically designed to address chemical dependency as a primary issue: Fieldstone in Central Lakes-St Cloud region and Harbor Home in the Heartland-Fairmont region.
Fieldstone is a 24/7 home site that serves 4 men with chemical dependency issues and co-occurring mental health or brain injury disabilities. Contact Lori Wirtzfeld at 320-259-6022 or firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more about their creative approach to serving these challenging needs.
Seniors with Disabilities
Advances in medical science have improved and extended the lives of individuals living with disability. These individuals benefit from staff that are trained on aging issues and environments that are modified to meet their ongoing needs.
