REM South Central Services, Inc. in Buffalo MN provides services in Wright and McLeod counties. Other counties may be served through host county concurrence agreements. Services to individuals living with brain injury, intellectual developmental disability (including autism spectrum disorders) and mental health issues are provided in Community Supportive Living homes (24/7 care), ICF/MR sites, In Home Hourly services and also Respite services. Funding for our services is generally provided by county waivers (CADI, MR/RC, TBI NF, TBI NB, EW), workers compensation, private pay or other insurance.
