REM Arrowhead, Inc. is based out of Duluth, MN and primarily serves individuals from St Louis, Cass, Carlton, Cook, Lake and Itasca counties although other counties have host county concurrence arrangements. REM Arrowhead, Inc provides Community Supportive Living homes (24/7 care), In Home Hourly services and Respite care to individuals living with intellectual developmental disability (including autism spectrum disorders), brain injury and mental health issues. Funding for our services is generally provided through county waivers (CADI, MR/RC, TBI NF, TBI NB, EW), workers compensation, private pay or other insurance.
